We sincerely appreciate your stay with us! We make every effort to provide our guests with a safe and enjoyable campground. However, ALL persons entering the campground and/or enjoy our amenities do so at their own risk. Additional rules are posted in the game room and exercise room. The management is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. Please contact the number above if you encounter any problems while staying with us. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know.

PARKING: ONLY 2 VEHICLES PER RV SITE. NO LEAKING VEHICLES. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS. PLEASE NOTIFY MANAGEMENT IF ADDITIONAL PARKING IS NEEDED.

OUTSIDE STORAGE AROUND OR UNDER RV STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

NO CLOTHESLINES PLEASE.

PLACE ALL GARBAGE IN BAG AND PLACE IN DUMPSTER.

LAWN MAINTENANCE IS PROVIDED BY MANAGEMENT. PLEASE KEEP SITE CLEAR OF OBSTACLES.

HOSES AND CORDS MUST BE WELL MAINTAINED WITH PROPER HOOKUPS AND ATTACHMENTS.

MINORS: PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WHEREABOUTS, SAFETY, AND CONDUCT OF THEIR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES.

PETS: FRIENDLY DOGS (NO LARGER THAN 35 POUNDS) ARE WELCOME BUT ARE TO BE ON A LEASH NO LONGER THAN 6 FEET AND ATTENDED AT ALL TIMES BY A RESPONSIBLE PERSON, WHO SHALL CLEAN UP AFTER THEM IMMEDIATELY. NO EXCESSIVE BARKING ALLOWED.

ALCOHOL & DRUGS: DISORDERLY CONDUCT AND INTOXICATION WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. ANY AND ALL ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

FIRE HAZARDS: DO NOT LEAVE ANY OPEN FIRES UNATTENDED. NO FIREWORKS ON PREMISES.

VIOLATIONS: CRUISERS MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR EVICT ANYONE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RV PARK POLICIES OF GOOD CAMPING, FOR DESTROYING OR DEFACING PROPERTY, AND/OR CREATING A DISTURBANCE. ADDITIONALLY, A FEE OF $25 PLUS DAMAGES WILL BE ASSESSED FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH ANY RULES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

RV guests expressly assume all risks of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance.
